Jacqueline Bryant Campbell
Jacqueline Bryant Campbell is a senior advisor at PCT Federal Services. She has previously served as a public health consultant for Innovative Health Solutions, Inc. (IHS) and the Summit Health Institute for Research and Education (SHIRE). Her work with these organizations included developing culturally appropriate materials for health care providers to reduce mother-to-child transmission of HIV/AIDS; focus group testing of all materials to ensure intended messages are received; and evaluation, writing, and editing. Working with IHS, Ms. Campbell was instrumental in developing materials to be used in two CDC programs - the Mother/Infant Rapid Intervention at Delivery (MIRIAD) program and the Global AIDS Project (GAP). Ms. Campbell managed a CDC-funded project administered by the National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO) during which she designed and conducted technical assistance workshops on grantsmanship and institutional development for grass-roots organizations nationally. Ms. Campbell has also been a consultant for the American Red Cross, providing writing and editing expertise in areas ranging from diversity to audit protocols.
Prior to her experience in public health, Ms. Campbell worked at the African Development Foundation, where she developed and managed a $3 million portfolio of micro-credit, micro-enterprise, and women's projects in Ghana, as well as smaller portfolios in Benin and Togo. She has traveled extensively in those countries.
Ms. Campbell earned her MA in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and her BA in Economics from Howard University. Ms. Campbell is proficient in French.
